Yes. Data collected through your instance belongs to your university or programme. Enrollum runs the platform; it doesn’t own your admissions data.
How is Enrollum priced?
It depends on scope. A single university and a national rollout are priced differently. Contact us and we’ll walk you through it.
Can we migrate applicants from a system we already use?
Usually, yes. Tell us what system you use now and we’ll scope the migration of existing applicant data.
Do our partner agencies need to change how they work?
Agencies get their own portal to submit and track applications for their students. Most agencies already work this way with other platforms, so onboarding is usually quick.
